Do you have questions that fall outside the scope of Technical Support?

This section of the Process Management Forums is for the exclusive use of licensed users of the Mega Suite of Business Modelling and Enterprise Architecture software tools.

They are designed to address the questions and queries that fall outside the scope of Technical Support, yet do not warrant a consulting intervention. As such, you will be helped by fellow users, not by Mega International staff members...

Keeping relationships clean

To keep our relationship with Mega International clean, we require a stricter form of registration for these forums. That registration will be restricted to those who have obtained licenses from Mega International.

You will need to contact us directly to register and when you register, you will be requested to provide your license number. This will be kept confidential and random checks will be made with Mega International Sales Administration to verify license validity.

It's a simple formality to keep our good relations with Mega, and a courtesy to them.

You'll need to follow these simple steps:

• You contact us for registration through our contact page
• We will contact you at the email address you provided asking you for some details of your Mega license number. It will be in the form FR-00-00.00
• You send us the license number and expiry date as proof that you are a licensed user
• We'll approve your registration and you're away...

What if you're a Future User of the Mega Suite?

You may be considering the purchase of the MEGA Suite of products and have pre-purchase questions. So, we've created a special board for you...

You will still need to register as if you're a Mega user, as above. And you will be able to post in a special board that's hidden from the public. As we are sure you will understand, the boards containing the discussions between users that concern the workings of the Mega Suite will, however, remain restricted to licensed users of the product.

Please note: you must still register if you want to post pre-purchase questions. The only difference is that you don't need to provide a license number and you won't have access to all the forum boards used by licensed users.
