Tell Your Story of Process Improvement Project Failure

... help others avoid the mistakes you know only too well

Going through a process improvement project failure really gets to you, doesn't it? Such a waste of time and resources. Not to mention tempers that flared and the "here we go again" mentality that locks in to your organisation.

But where most pages on project failure are about naming and shaming, this section is different.

Of course, you are invited to share your project failure story and your frustration (no swearing please!), but add a little for those of us who do want to see these projects succeed, now and in the future...

Skip the submission form and start reading!

If you have a process improvement success story to share, we're also very interested in that. Please use this page to share your success story. If you simply want to contact us, please do not use the form below, but go to our contact page instead. Thanks!

So when you've told your story, don't stop there! Please tell us in your expert opinion as a client, what could this company have been done to recover and make you happy?

Mayhap they learn, mayhap they won't. But many will read, and many will learn. Thanks to you!

Teach Us What NOT To Do...

The best way to prevent process improvement projects failing is to show others how to do it better. That way, other consultants (the ones that do appreciate your patronage) will avoid the mistakes you know only too well...
