People and Process Limited assists public sector service providers to transform their organisational structure and processes by using state-of-the-art process modelling methodology and tools (organisational cartography) combined with practical strategic management techniques, which will enable the client organisations to achieve their business objectives efficiently and fulfil their mission with great effect (safe change).

Unlike conventional process improvement consultancies that provide one-off, generic interventions and base their work on Taylor and his manufacturing-based, "scientific management", People and Process Limited offers a true partnership in organisational transformation and an approach appropriate for the unique demands of knowledge-based service organisations.
