A Good Change Management Process Makes Change Safe

Any decent change management process makes change safe. For those initiating the change and those affected by the change, be it directly or indirectly...

We've come to the conclusion that the surest way to make change safe is to have a management process that rests on three pillars.

It's a bit like a tripod. If you take a leg away, your change management process falls over...

We do this because most change starts with an individual in a managerial position. Here we coach in change management techniques.

Training follows as we introduce these concepts to the organisation.

Consulting follows as the means to implement the changes.

Coaching is guidance from the sidelines, just like a sports coach who is not allowed to set foot on the field.

Training is the passing on of information, methods and strategies to a larger group.

Consulting is the equivalent of a guest player. It is here that we get our "hands dirty".

Coaching, training and consulting in that order is our preferred method for introducing our change management process.
