Business Process Modeling: the key to Sustainable Change

Behind our three-pronged approach to change management, you'll find a robust business process modeling methodology.

Because you cannot change what you cannot see. A truism that's often neglected in the rush to greater profits, higher productivity and more satisfied customers.

Executive Coaching

Unfortunately, most executives see business process modeling as something uniquely IT-related. And in doing so, miss the tremendous opportunities these modeling activities bring for business improvement. Increased productivity, more satisfied clients, rising revenue.

So we start with the people who make the decisions. Afterall, if they can't see the point of launching a modeling project, they aren't going to sign the cheque!

When the executive concerned is happy with why we take this approach, we begin training

Process Modeling Training

Process modeling training can take many forms.

Sometimes the organisation lacks modellers, so we train selected people to conduct the modeling the organisation needs. Always mindful that the skills need to remain in-house.

Mr Tabaleka (CEO of Telecom Fiji) explained that when Stephen's eleven month consulting with TFL came to a close, both of the employees were able to carry on the additional process mapping, bring stakeholders together for brainstorming sessions, and make formal presentations to management.

"Stephen passed the essential knowledge and vision to these two people in order for Telecom Fiji to continue the change management process. They possess the necessary knowledge and skills required to see us through full implementation."

Process Management Consulting

Last in the line is the consulting intervention to implement business process modeling in the organisation.

And that story is best told in terms of client results.
